Hello,
I am looking for a C++ class hierarchy (or something similar in C)
for writing some small specific DNA analysis programs (i.e. classes
for promoter or splice sites..).
(There is already some other C++ code that I plan to use, so I have
to work with one of these languages). It should
be public domain, and any (exact) hints where to get it (via ftp or WWW)
would be a great help for me!
