[Q] Codon Bias calculation program?

Colleagues, 

I need to compile a codon bias for a given sequence. I do have own 
codon usage tables for my system (prepared with 'codonfrequency' from
the GCG package), and the one for the sequences in question. Can 
anyone recommend a method within GCG, or any other PD (?) package, 
which gets me a single codon bias value for a defined reading frame? 
(This is, not the 'randomized' versus 'real' sequence but the 'real 
usage' versus the 'expected' usage).
