I am new to the news environment 2so I hope this is appropriate for
this group
I have the task of setting up a molecular biology lab largely for
DNA type work. I would like to get hold of as much software both
free and paid for (low costs preferable) for alignments, motif
searches, vector drawing, format converting etc etc. Any
reccommendations would be appreciated including FTP sites. I will
have Macs UNIX and PCs so any packages avaiable in all three formats
would be an added bonus.
