I have a program that does Kyte & Doolittle's hydropathy plot.  However,
I wrote is as a supplement to the GCG package, it reads a sequence file
in GCG format and also requires GCG's FIGURE program to do a plot.  If
you are still interested, I'd be happy to share it.
