Does anyone know how to get PAUP to generate a large table of differences
without splitting it up into little, screen-sized chunks? We'd like to
have just one table which we could import into a spreadsheet or other
program, but this is very difficult since PAUP apparently assumes we only
want to view the data on a small screen.
