I saw a 2d-gel migration prediction integrated in the swissprot sequence
search tools from the Geneva University Hospital WWW Server
(URL: http://expasy.hcuge.ch/), a WWW site dedicated to protein sequence
analysis _and_ 2d-PAGE.
I would expect that this program performs exactly what you requested.
