this has most certainly been asked several times, but let me give
another shot:
Is there any 3D-plotting program for UNIX in the public domain ? I am
aware of Khoros-xprism3, but its capabilities are somewhat limited.
It should have the functionality that xvgr or robot have in 2D, i.e.
several graph types, legend editing a.s.o.
