Analysis of codon positions

Dear Users:

I am interested in the analysis of 1st and 2nd codon positions for
sequences aligned on the basis of amino acid homology. Is there a
multiple alignment program which would: 1) translate multiple
nucleotide sequences; 2) perform alignments on the basis of
amino acid sequences and 3) then output only specific codon
positions for subsequent phylogenetic analysis? Or I am
asking for the moon. Either Mac or IBM-PC based programs
would be useable.

Sincerely,
