I'm not so sure about the Klenow frag. manipulation, but definitely
MacPlasMap can do the manipulation of gene deletions, restriction digests,
fusions, etc. Like it's name implies, it's available for the Macintosh,
is small, and comes with standard vectors already. It is available via
anonymous ftp from several sites, including indiana.
