Does a version of signal scan exist that will run on an IBMPC compat? Where can I get this via anon FTP. In addition, can any body tell me why the MACDYNAMIC.hqx file at ncbi.nlm.hih.gov /pub/ghosh/ directory is protected from anon ftp? or who to ask at ncbi? thanks for your help in advance.
