Beginner's question: What is MedLine/EndNote?

Medline is the online database of journal articles compiled by the National
library of Med (I believe),  EndNote is a bibliographic management program
that you can use to insert references into your papers and grants, once you
have put the references into your EndNote database.  EndNote will import
reference that have been output to a text file in the Medline format.
