Need statistical sw for calculating Power and Beta

Netters,
  Does anyone know where I can find sw to calculate Power and Beta for 
statistical analysis?  Jacob Cohen (the godfather of Power) wrote/had 
written such sw some years ago but I cant find it.
  The calcs are easy enuf to do by hand, but a nuisense to do lots of them.
  I've archie'd and veronica'd for this stuff, but to no avail.
