I am looking for software that will plot windroses containing both
wind direction, speed, and frequency on an IBM PC (DOS or WINDOWS).
Freeware or Shareware is preferred (I'm a poor grad student).
I sure hope someone out there can help- my thesis deadline is
rapidly approaching!!!
