You could try the shareware programme by Teemu Teeri called Drawmap.
You can find it at the following anonymous ftp site.

in the directory /pub/sci/molbio/msdos
There are two self extracting files drawman.exe and drawmap.exe
One for the manual and one for the programme itself.
