Hello,
A researcher in my lab is looking for existing software that
can compare autoradiographic images of Southerns. The software must
be able to assign bands based on a baseline image, and provide
relative intensity differences for each band. Total number of bands
per autorad is in the hundreds.
Does anyone know of software that can do this in an automated
fashion, or of anyone working on a problem of this type?
