Dear Netters:
Sitting here planning for a talk about bioinformatics
and how to use the networks I just got a strange idea of an illustration.
We sometimes talk about netsurfer or informationsurfers - but where
can I find a scanned picture of a surfer -or maybe there is a film with a
surfer?
It would be great if the picture was reacheable
by www or gopher to demo it live. The real hit would be to have a
picture of this years nobel laurate Kary Mullis - an avid surfer.
Got the idea seeing the surfing picture in Science oct 22. But that
picture is to small and is in color so I can not scan it with any success
on my equipment. Maybe there is somone out in USA with a good
newspaper picture that could give it a try.
