I'm looking for information on either public domain or cheap PC or
Silicone Graphics based software suitable for analysis and processing od ratio
fluorescence images. We are doing fluorescent dye work on marine algal cells
using SBFI for sodium concentrations. The software we have clipps off the
decimals at the point of dividing image by image, what makes the ratios
practically useless, as most of the meaningful information is lost.
