Sequencher is a top-of-the-line Mac-based program for DNA sequencing
which includes a pretty sharp restriction mapping section. The demo
disk is free and it includes the fully functional restriction mapping
section (yes, you can print the restriction maps even in the demo version).

313-662-3379) and I'll see that you get some demo disks. You're free to
copy them for as many students as you have.
