As a followup:
That person's net access has been removed for the remainder of the
semester. She posted (not cross-posted) to more than 50 newsgroups.
Cancel messages have been sent out to as many newsgroups as we could
identify, and there may be University sanctions in the offing,
although I hope it does not go that far.
