I'm not sure if the software you want is on the TIGR server yet,
but you can reach the bengal TIGR via anonymous ftp to
ftp.tigr.org
(TIGR = The Institute for Genomic Research). Chris Fields is
now working there and his useful gene modeller software, gm, is
available there, as well as something called ADE that I haven't
looked at yet. Also you can find lots of Expressed Sequence Tag Data
there.
