Did you try BOXSHADE? it runs on VMS, takes several multiple sequence
alignments formats (including PILEUP,CLUSTAL) and creates (among others)
color ReGIS output.
It is available bye FTP from biomed.biolan.uni-koeln.de or from other
major bio-FTP server (e.g. EMBNET)
