I know a Program called MacMolecule for the Apple Macintosh. It's available
from ftp.bio.indiana.edu via anonymous - ftp.
On the IBM - PC there's a new (commercial) Program called Hyperchem from
Autodesk and a very old (CGA) shareware - Program called CHEMICAL, which is
available from simtel20, i think.
