Contig Assembly Program*, by Xiaoqiu Huang, is used by the Unix GDE
sequence editor. I have tried to compile it for use on Macs with
SeqApp, but it has balked at initial attempts. Some rewriting
of the code, which I haven't found time for yet, is needed for Mac
use. Maybe later this year...
