The same templates are available for MS-Windows. You can get
them via gopher by gophering into merlot.welch.jhu.edu and
selecting the following entries:
--> 2. FTP Sites For Biology/
--> 25. NIH Grant Templates - Macintosh and MS-Windows/
--> 57. nihwin13.zip <PC Bin>
Or you can get them by anonymous ftp from milton.u.washington.edu.
