I know this is off the topic of software, but I am compelled to correct a
mistake I made in an earlier post of the same subject. In that post I
incorrectly stated that Tm (and therefore duplex stability) will increase
as DNA concentration decreases. WRONG!! It is the other way around.
My apologies to anyone I may have confused, and my thanks to TB for drawing
my attention to the error. I have cancelled the incorrect post.
