Hello netpeople,
Does anyone know of a primer design/analysis program that accepts
degenerate primers, i.e. "N" instead of A, T, C, or G. It is my impression
that there are many experimentalists out there who are fishing for new
genes using degenerate primers and PCR and we could benefit from such a
program. I'd be glad to post what is e-mailed directly to me.
