Hello Does anyone know if there is a program out there that predicts transmembrane regions using the algorithm of Eisenberg, Schwarz, Komaromy and Wall (J. Mol. Biol. 179:125-142. (1984))? I have a user who is interested in that specific algorithm. THanks Keith Elliston elliston at merck.com
