The UK edition of PC Magazine says that Excel 5.0 will have error bar
facilities built in, as well as curve fitting (linear, moving average,
polynomial, etc.) No indication as to how easy it is, though, but it
should be better than trying to do it with hi-lo graphs! They have an
illustration of a bar graph with error bars and a linear regression line
to prove it.
