In case you haven't already, you might also try looking at the following two
sites,  advertised some months ago on this list.  Don't know if there's 
anything exciting there but you never know...

gopher.csc.liv.ac.uk         (Courseware gopher for biology)

archives.math.utk.edu 70     (Gopher or anonymous ftp for courseware
                              in quantitative biology, with reviews)
