Katja Nieselt-Struwe in Manfred Eigen's Lab in Goettingen has a
piece of software that is available from her upon request
[ KNIESEL at DGOGWDG1.BITNET ].
An experimental version of a statistical geometry program is
also included in the "Vienna RNA Package"
This programm package contains various programms for folding and
comparing RNA secondary structures, as well as some tools for
the analysis of sequence and structure data, including
statistical geometry and Dress's split decomposition technique.

The "Vienna RNA Package" is available via anonymous ftp from
ftp.itc.univie.ac.at. It is known to run on SUN, HP, Silicon
Graphics and IBM Risc systems. It is written for UNIX systems
should work however wherever an ANSI-C compiler is available.
