We are considering buying a program called OLIGOS - which estimates Tm, etc.
for primers, etc. Does anyone have experience with this program? Is there
some ugly, but functional Unix/Dox shareware that does the same stuff? It
appears to me that the $400 cost is mainly for colored screens and easy to
use menus.
