Concerning a freeware program based on the KKD algorithm:
Some time ago I ftp'd a program by William Gilbert called ALOM (see
TIBS 15, 89-92, 1990) from his server at VAX.WI.EDU, directory
ANONYMOUS.TIBS.KKD.
Nice program, quite fast, can handle a list of sequence names.
