I am doing a project on computers and the Human Genome Project. I will be
looking specifically at the cystic fibrosis genes. By taking out the
"garbage" DNA in a person's genome, I will be able to compare what is left
with the known cystic fibrosis sequence. This project will be done using
Linda.
If anyone knows of any good articles on cystic fibrosis, Linda, the Human
Genome Project, or pattern matching algorithms, I would greatly appreciate
hearing from you.
