It's on the molbio servers, as PEDRAW, by D. Curtis, in the UK.
Try ftp.bchs.uh.edu for an updated version; I'm not sure whether the
update has propagated to the other sites (ftp.bchs.uh.edu,
ftp.embl-heidelberg.de, and nic.funet.fi) yet.
The files are also available via e-mail from gene-server at bchs.uh.edu
and netserv at embl-heidelberg.de. To the Gene-Server, send the e-mail
message
SEND DOS INDEX
to get the files names names you'd need.
