I am having a problem decoding files obtained from EMBL.
They are supposed to be uuencoded, but when I try to
decode them, I get a message "ERROR: no begin line".
EMBL gave me some advice about using a Pascal decoder,
but I don't have it, whatever it is. Thanks for any
suggestions. (It is a four part file: fn.uua, fn.uub,
etc. Is that part of the problem?)
