Maui, Hawaii.
The biotechnology computing track of the meeting will involve the presentation
of 40 stringenly refereed papers from the US, Japan, Australia & Europe in the
following areas:
* Computer Support for Genome Mapping and Sequencing
* AI Technologies for Molecular Biological Analysis
* Protein Structure Prediction
* Computer-Aided Drug Design
* Methods for Dealing with Errors and Uncertainty in Molecular Biology
Calculations and Databases
An archival quality proceedings is being published, and will be distributed at
the conference (and available from the IEEE Computer Society Press afterward).
Other tracks at HICSS-26 are: Computer Architecture, Parallel Software Design,
Decision Support and Knowledge-based Systems, and Collaboration Technology.
Plenary addresses include Robert Langridge on the "Computational Visualization

Computation." Tutorials on a variety of topics are included in the
registration fee.
GUARANTEED REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 15. Registration may be available
after that date or on-site at a higher rate, depending on space limitations.
