RNA secondary structure: 6.5kb message

I was looking at the cDNA sequence of the human CFTR gene and thought
I'd run it through some of the GCG utilities. This is a large message
~6.5 kb and FOLD can only digest 1200 bases. Does anyone know of
another package in the public domain that will allow graphical
representation of RNA secondary structure? I have access to IBM PC,
Sparcs, Ultrix and VMS.
