FASTA moans and questions

You should be able to, if your copy of GCG is installed correctly.
If you want to search through the bacterial sequences only, you should
be able to type: "Bacterial:*" when prompted by:

 Search for query in what sequence(s) (* GenEMBL:* *) ?
