Hmm - I just checked out anon-ftp at ncbi and it works fine,
are you getting through to ncbi and then being denied when you login
as anonymous or is the net down between you and ncbi? If you still
can't connect for some reason but still receive mail - let me know
and I`ll uuencode it and send it to you.
