I have some associates here who have some restriction mapping software
here which may be of interest. They have implemented circular, linear,
partial, parallel versions of the software. I'm not sure whether they're
programs are totally friendly yet - but if you sent them some data they
could probably solve the maps for you, or produce a program that would
