I haven't heard of MEKA - sorry. There is a wild flower key for the UK.
It runs on the PC with a Windows 3.0 version under development and other
versions may follow (so the blurb says). It will help identify 768 species
of British wild plants. Grasses, sedges, rushes and conifers are not included.

This was advertised on a flier in the British Ecological Society Bulletin a
month or two ago. I haven't actually seen the software.
Is there a particular group of species you are looking for a key for or is
your interest in the software side of the keys itself?
