MEKA was written by Tom Duncan & Chris Meacham at Berkeley.  I've used an
old version of it (1986), but don't know if it's been updated.  It's a very
useful program.  It is a multiple entry key, so you type in the characters
that fit your unknown plant, and it comes up with all groups that fit those
characters.

The data that come with it only key out to families, but
it is expandable and someone may have written some more detailed keys for it.
