Does anyone know if a the simultaneous multiple sequence alignment algorithm
TULLA (Subbiah and Harrison, JMB (1989) 209:539-548) is available at an FTP
site in the form of DOS (or Mac) program? Does anyone know how this algorithm
compares to Macaw?
Also, is Prosite available in DOS from an FTP site with the accompanying
database.
