A request was made for a program which will find restriction sites in a given
sequence (for IBM-PC or Vax).
For the IBM-PC there is a program called MARKER which will do this and a bit
more. It is available by anonymous ftp from ftp.bio.indiana.edu in the
molbio/ibmpc directory as marker.uue.
