F. James Rohlf (SUNY stony brook) has two programs for fourier analysis:
NT-SYS (exeter publishing setauket NY) will do fourier (including elliptic
fourier) analysis. NT-SYS costs money (??) but is well worth the price.
Elliptic Fourier Analysis distributed freely with the Michigan Morphometrics
software will also do the job.
