Updating Restriction enzyme data for FSAP/BACHREST/..

I tried using a REBASE data file to update the COMREST.DAT file
for FSAP/BACHREST. The problem was that for sites which are not 
symmetric ( eg ATTGCAAC) BACHREST *requires* 2 cut sites in the
data record in COMREST.DAT. 

So. Is there a source for restriction sites which has this additional 
    information? I might have been using the wrong REBASE file. It looked 
    right until I ran the program.
