Can anyone tell me about software which generates cartoon like
representations of structure from atomic coordinates? Specifically,
I'm looking for something which would depict helices as cylinders,
strands as flat arrows, etc, as opposed to the more elaborate
Richardson-type diagrams. Ideally this would run on a sparc or iris
workstation - in any case, a unix environment, probably under X
windows. Thanks for any suggestions!
