I have seen a lot of posts re: the Primer program from the Whitehead
Institute. I am aware of another one from Washington University.
Has anyone tried that other primer program? How do the two compare?
How do either of these programs stack up against the commercial ones
such as Oligo or Primer Detective, etc.?
