I've recently ftp'ed the KKD program by William Gilbert from his archive at
"VAX.WI.EDU" (see TIBS 15 (1990) 89-92)
The Directory is ANONYMOUS.TIBS.KKD (VMS syntax ....)
It contains the source code (ALOM.C) and the executable for Vax/VMS.
If you want to modify and/or compile the source, you'll need extra routines
or procedures which are in
ANONYMOUS.TIBS.MITCKIT.HLIB
ANONYMOUS.TIBS.MITCKIT.LIBRARY
