You will find VBRUN100 in different formats on nic.funet.fi in the
following directories. One of the nice features of NIC is that once you
have an anonymous ftp connection you can give the command 

"quote find searchstring" and NIC will run through the ALL_FILES database
and tell you which directory the file can be found in.
